The 1st Annual Boo Bash Halloween Costume Ball was held on October 29, 2009 at the old Elks Club building in Devils Lake.   The event featured a DJ, dance, food, costume contest and door prizes.

The event was sponsored by The Arc, Upper Valley and coordinated with the help of Devils Lake service providers Lake Region Corporation, REM-ND, Community Options and Lake Region Special Education.
